Course Delivery

Our program is delivered entirely online, allowing learners to study from anywhere at their own pace. There are no in-person workshops required. All learning materials, assessments, and support are accessible through our digital platform.

Assessments

We use a variety of assessment tools to ensure learners can demonstrate their understanding and practical application of dispensing skills, including:

Duration

The course is designed to be completed in 12 to 18 Months, depending on your schedule. Learners may progress faster or slower based on their availability.

Admission Requirements

To enrol, learners should:

  • Be 16 years or older
  • Have access to a computer or tablet with internet connection
  • Be comfortable with basic digital tools (email, video recording, file uploads)
  • Have a genuine interest in optical dispensing and customer service.
  • Have access to at least 100 hours of work experience in a retail optical dispensary.
  • Have access to dispensing equipment
  • Have the support of workplace supervisors.
